Information for the Homeless

Many people are just an illness, an accident, or a paycheck away from becoming homeless. When they are unable to pay for the housing, food, childcare, and health care they need, something must go. The cost of housing is the largest budget item for many families, and quickly becomes unaffordable when unexpected expenses arise.

Homelessness affects many families.  If you are homeless, or in danger of becoming homeless, help is available!  Local homeless support agencies and other organizations provide many services, including shelter, food, housing counseling, and job skills programs.
