Energy Conservation

Conserving energy isn't just something nice to do – it’s a smart investment for a homeowner. Energy conservation saves money on your utility bills.  It can also increase the resale value and comfort of your home.

Energy conservation does not mean doing without.  Energy conservation means saving energy through its efficient and prudent use - reducing the waste and unnecessary use of energy. Simple, inexpensive actions such as the use of efficient light bulbs and filling cracks around doors and windows conserve energy. More expensive actions such as adding insulation to your home and replacing appliances with energy efficient models cost more, but save money over time.
